Reminiscent of seaside holidays and days spent on the beach playing in the waves or building sandcastles. A range of delightful seaside mugs from Albatross Art; 'Tranquillity' - an old fisherman in a rowing boat floats across a tranquil sea. 'This is the Life' - lolling about in deck chairs on the beach! 'Beach Huts in a Row' and 'Three beach Huts' - classic views of that much loved symbol of holidays by the sea; the English Beach Hut. 'Ice Creams' - who can resist them when sitting beside the seaside having fun; delicious Ice Lollies and Ice Cream cones. Jolly Boats and Yachts; fun seagoing vessels in a charming naive style. Seabirds; 'Puffins,' 'Seagulls' and Herring Gulls by Sarah Holroyd. 'Red Spinnaker' - a classic racing yacht crossing Falmouth Bay. 'Red & White Lighthouse' - very loosely based on Smeaton's Tower the old Eddystone lighthouse (now standing on Plymouth Hoe.) 'Mackerel,' 'Pilchards,' (or Cornish Sardines as they now seem to be called!) - fresh fish from around the coast harvest of the Cornish seas, by Greg Stephens. |
