Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. Your credit card details will be processed by 'Worldpay' which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland. Your debit or credit card details are not held by Albatross Art or anyone else apart from Worldpay. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling You will be charged a flat £1.50 towards shipping (or postage and packing, if you like) for deliveries to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Cornwall,) regardless of the size and value of your order. Any costs above this amount are with our compliments. For shipping outside of the United kingdom, please telephone or email the details of your order so that we can calculate and quote the appropriate cost/s.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in less than seven days and gaurentee to do so within a maximum of 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Our prices include VAT where appropriate. Please contact us if your have any questions or specific requirements (VAT may not be due on orders placed outside the European Union, for example)

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, then simply return your order to us, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund, no quibbles!
